摘　　要：基于可持续发展理念,提出了人们通过揭示自然、尊重自然、顺应自然、创新创业创富并完善人类自身的一系列活动,满足人类对于精神与物质世界稳健、富足的需求以及充满生机与活力的快乐、快感,实现主观愿望与客观事物的和谐与多样性统一,从而激发人类发展的成就感、幸福感的康美概念。阐述了天人合一、知行合一、资源保护和利用的统一、把具有良好生态环境的发展更多地体现在增进民生福祉上、锻造心灵净化干事团队的康美科学内涵。根据千岛湖实际,构建康美环境、康美产业、康美生活、康美团队,争当践行"绿水青山就是金山银山"理论的标杆。Based on the idea of sustainable development, put forward the healthy and beautiful concept, which people get through a series of activities, such as revealing the nature, respecting the nature, conforming the nature, innovating, establishing a business, creating wealth, perfecting human itself, to meet human demand for steady and rich spirit and material world, and happiness, pleasure full of vigor and vitality, realize the harmony of subjective desire and objective things and the unity of diversity, to stimulate the sense of accomplishment and happiness of human development. Expounds the scientific connotation of health and beauty, which the unity of heaven and man, the unity of knowing and doing, the unity of protection and utilization of resources, the development of good ecological environment are more embodied in promoting the well-being of the people＇s livelihood, forging the mind, purifying working team. According to the actual of thousand-isle Lake, establish healthy and beautiful environment, healthy and beautiful industry, healthy and beautiful livelihood, healthy and beautiful team, to be a benchmark of practicing the theory of ＂green hills and clear waters are gold and silver mountain＂.
