摘  要:替代燃料的开发利用是内燃动力的重要研究方向。在不改变试验柴油机参数的情况下,研究了柴油机燃用不同比例地沟油生物柴油(0%、10%、20%、30%、40%、100%)混合燃料的稳态和瞬态性能。研究表明,地沟油生物柴油的燃烧性能与普通柴油大体相当,随着掺混比例的增加,试验柴油机排气烟度呈下降趋势,NO_x排放无明显规律,最大转矩下降,燃料消耗率有所上升。掺混地沟油生物柴油后柴油机瞬态加速排气烟度的改善尤为明显。综合各方面因素,在环境污染越来越严重的今天,地沟油生物柴油替代普通柴油作为柴油机的燃料是个不错的选择。Utilizing alternative fuel is an important direction of internal combustion engine power.Without any change of diesel engine,six kinds mixed fuel(0%,10%,20%,30%,40%,100%)were analyzed for stable and transient performance.The research indicated that the combustion characteristics of drainage oil biodiesel was similar to pure diesel oil,with the increase of mixing ratio,exhaust smoke decreased and no obvious law of NOxemission,maximum torque of the diesel declined,and specific fuel consumption in creased.Improving obviously of exhaust smoke when diesel engine used drainage oil biodiesel under transient acceleration.As has been noted above,using drainage oil biodiesel instead of pure diesel oil can be seen as an effective choice in the case which the environmental pollution is becoming increasingly serious.
