摘 要:采用AVL-fire软件对发动机曲轴箱通风内部系统进行仿真计算,得到整个曲轴箱的动态压力分布,结合实际结构选出最合适的区域布置油气分离器,同时提取该区域的压力曲线作为油滴两相计算的边界条件,完成油滴分离效率优化分析后,参考重力回油理论设计油气分离器回油孔的尺寸及位置。以上仿真均完成了相应的试验验证,试验结果显示仿真具有比较高的精度,为今后摩托车发动机油气分离器快速设计和改进提供了相对成熟的手段。The internal engine crankcase ventilation system was simulated by AVL-fire software,thus the dynamic pressure distribution was obtained.The best position to place the oil-gas separator was chosen based on the simulation result together with the engine practical structure.At the same time,the pressure curve of this area provides the boundary conditions of the oil droplets two-phase calculation.After the optimized analysis of the oil drops separation efficiency,the oil return size and position was designed by referring to the gravity oil return theory.For all the above three simulations,relative experimental verifications have been done.The test results show that the simulation has relatively high accuracy,which provides relatively mature methods to the quick design and improvement of the future motorcycle engine oil-gas separator.
