摘　　要：本文对社会公众关于档案职业公信力的认知情况进行问卷调查,调查从档案职业主体、档案职业客体、档案职业条件等三方面展开。结果显示,在档案用户的认知中,各构成形态及其因素对档案职业公信力的影响力不同,且影响力大小与其对档案利用需求满足的影响正相关;潜在用户和现实用户对各构成形态及其因素影响力的认知存在不同程度的差异,且这些差异有较为明显的规律。本文以此为依据,提出加强档案职业道德修养、重视档案二次开发产品和改善档案职业条件状况等有针对性的建议,以提升档案职业公信力。This paper conducts a questionnaire survey about the cognition of the archives professional credibility from archives professional subject, archives professional object and archives professional conditions. The results show that in the archives users＇ cognition the influences of each form and factor on the archives professional credibility are different, and are positively related to the satisfaction of the utilizes demand. Meanwhile, there are different degrees of differences between the potential users and the real users in the cognition of the influence of each form and factor, and these differences are obvious regularity. On this basis, the author puts forward some pertinent suggestions to improve the archives professional credibility.
