城镇职工基本医疗保险个人账户现状分析——以广西某地级市为例

摘　　要：本文采用描述性统计方法对广西某市2010-2014年城镇职工基本医疗保险参保人数,基金收入、支出、结余等基本情况以及城镇职工基本医疗保险个人账户医疗费用支出、门诊支出情况等进行定量描述,运用曲线拟合方法对个人账户结余趋势进行预测,了解基金使用情况以及存在的问题,提出了完善个人账户5个方面的建议政策。This paper, using descriptive statistics, analyses of the number of basic medical insurance for urban workers of a city in Guangxi（2010-2014）, the basic situation of the fund＇s income, expenditure, balance, and the quantitative description of the urban workers＇ basic medical insurance personal account of medical expenses, outpatient expenditure etc.. This paper uses curve fitting method to predict the balance of individual accounts, understanding the use of funds and the existing problems, and put forward suggestions and policies to improve the 5 aspects of personal accounts.
