摘　　要：介绍船舶动力装置最优化设计的概念、建立了水冷却系统优化设计的数学模型 。This paper introduces the idea and feature of the computer aided optimize design of ship power equipment ,sets up the mathmatics model of the optimize design of cooling system, and gives out the corresponding method and flow chart for optimize calculation.
