摘　　要：该文分析了目前我国工程定额管理中存在的问题,按照市场形成建筑产品价格的改革要求,对工程定额的性质与作用进行了重新认识和厘清,提出了工程定额改革应从定额构成内容上实施差别化定位和精细化管理的新思路。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current quota management of our country, and re-recognizes and clarifies the. nature and rune. fion of construcfion quota in accordance with the reform requirements of the market price formation of the construction products, and proposes that co-struction quota reform should be started from differentiated location and refined management of the quota composition.
