摘  要:西安交通大学已开展本科生科研训练与实践创新计划十年,这一计划带领大批本科生走进科学研究,使他们获益匪浅。该计划作为实践教学的有效部分和延伸,要求学生在教师的指导下开展科研工作的设计、实施和总结,使学生不仅对科学研究过程、科学研究技术和方法有了全面的了解,还对如何科学严谨地开展有创新意义的科研工作有了基本认知。本文以一例本科生科研训练与实践创新项目为例,总结开展本科生科研训练与实践创新项目的经验,为继续探讨创新实验长效机制提供参考。Undergraduates' scientific research training and practice innovation project has been carried out for ten years in Xi'an Jiaotong University, which guides students into scientific research, and benefits a large number of students. As an effective part of the practice teaching and extension, the students are required to carry out the scientific research work, including design, experiments, summarize, and present the achievements under the guidance of teachers. These training will help them not only have a comprehensive understanding of the process of scientific research, but also have a basic cognitive on how to scientifically rigorous carry out innovative research work. Based on one case of undergraduate scientific research training and practice innovation project, we summarize our experiences in the process of the innovation project in this article, that may be valuable for establishing a long-term effective strategy in exploring innovative pilot project of undergraduate education.
