摘 要:目的探讨短果茴芹有效提取成分及降压的机制。方法采用高效液相色谱法,体外测定短果茴芹提取物对血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)的抑制作用。结果石油醚提取物组、乙酸乙酯提取物组的对血管紧张素转化酶抑制效果不明显;在药物浓度0.01-5 mg/ml的正丁醇提取物组和水提取物组对血管紧张素酶的抑制率均随药物浓度的增大而升高,但相同浓度的条件下,水提取物组的抑制率均略低于正丁醇提取物组,正丁醇和水提取物组的抑制率在3-5 mg/ml达到稳定,正丁醇提取物组和水提取物组的最高抑制率时的浓度为4 mg/ml时,最高抑制率分别为35%和30%。结论短果茴芹可能是通过抑制血管紧张素转化酶实现降压作用。Objective To investigate effect of components from Pimpinella brachycarpa extract on mechanism of antihypertensive.Methods Using high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) to determine the inhibitory effect of Pimpinella brachycarpa extract on ngiotensin converting enzyme( ACE).Results The group of petroleum ether extract and the group of ethyl acetate extract have no obvious inhibition effect on ACE; at the concentration 0.01 ~ 5 mg/ml,inhibition rate to concentration of 3 ~ 5 mg/ml, the high inhibitory rate of the n-butanol extract of n-butyl alcohol extract and water extract group to angiotensin enzyme increased with the increasing of concentration; Under the same concentration conditions,the inhibition rate of the water extract group were slightly lower than the n-butanol extract group,inhibitory rate was up and the water extract group were 35% and 30% respectively at the concentration of 4 mg/ml.Conclusion Pimpinella brachycarpa had antihypertensive effect and antihypertensive mechanism could inhibit angiotensin converting enzyme activity.
