摘　　要：目的评估阿托伐他汀钙联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年轻中度高血压合并快速性心律失常的临床疗效及其对肝肾功能的影响。方法 138例患者分为2组,对照组给予硝苯地平缓释片治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用阿托伐他汀钙治疗。治疗18个月后,复查Holter心电图,观察心律失常情况,复查肝肾功能相关指标,血压控制情况。结果与治疗前相比,2组收缩压、舒张压均显著下降,但治疗组低于对照组,组间和组内差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组房性早搏、室性早搏及房颤发生率均较治疗前降低,但治疗组低于对照组,组间和组内差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组2例转氨酶升高。结论两种药物治疗老年高血压疗效更优,且无明显肝肾损害。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin calcium combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets treatment elderly hypertension with tachyarrhythmia and on liver and kidney function. Methods A total of 138 patients were divided into control group in which patients was given nifedipine sustained-release tablets treatment and treatment group in which patients was given atorvastatin calcium therapy basing on control group treatment. After 18 months of treatment,patients underwent Holter determination of atrial premature beat,ventricular and atrial fibrillation,blood pressure and renal function. Results Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly in the both two groups compared after treatment,but those in treatment group were lower than control group（ P〈0.05）; Atrial premature beat,ventricular and atrial fibrillation rate were lower after treatment,but those in treatment were lower than control group improved in the two groups（ P〈0.05）; 2 cases in treatment group with elevated transaminase. Conclusion The combination of two drugs has better effect on elderly hypertension with no obvious damage on liver and renal function.
