摘　　要：近年在河北省承德市发现一种危害皂荚Gleditsia sinensis树干的窄吉丁属害虫,经窄吉丁属世界分类学家Eduard Jendek博士鉴定为Agrilus coreanus Obenberger,因皂荚是其新发现的唯一寄主植物,中文名定为皂荚窄吉丁。作者描述了其形态学特征和生物学特性,提供了生活史照片,并提出防治建议。A new Agrilus pest from the trunk of Gleditsia sinensis Lain. was found in Chengde City, Hebei province, in recent years. It is identified as Agrilus coreanus Obenberger by Dr. Eduard Jendek, who is an Agrilus genus taxonomist in the world. Because G. sinensis is the only host plant recorded so far, its common name is called Chinese honey locust borer. Its morphological characteristics, bionomics are described, life cycle pictures are provided, and management measures are also suggested in this article.
