摘 要:在云南省核桃主产区的18个县(市)开展了核桃Juglans regia L.枝干病害调查,对所采集的194号标本进行了切片观察及鉴定。结果表明:核桃枝干上的真菌隶属于24属28种,其中,15个属作为核桃病原真菌已有报道,另9个属未有病原菌方面的报道;本文列出了所鉴定属、种的名录。多样性分析结果表明,各属真菌占真菌总数的比例差异较大(0.65%~16.3%);不同县(市)核桃枝干的真菌多样性也有较大差异,真菌Shannon-Wiener指数差异也较大(0.6~2.10)。The author made investigations on walnut (Juglans regia L. )trunk and branch diseases in 18 counties and districts of the main walnut-growing regions in Yunnan province, and collected 194 samples and made identifications by sliced observation and microscopy examination. The results showed that the fungi on walnut trunks and branches belonged to twenty-eight species in twenty-four genera, among which fifteen genera have been reported as walnut fungal pathogens, but none of the other nine genera has been reported. This paper listed all the identified fungi. The diversity analysis revealed that the fungal proportions in different genera varied greatly from 0. 65 % to 16.3 %, and fungal diversity fluctuated largely in different counties and districts with their Shannon-Wiener indexes varied greatly from 0. 6 to 2. 10.
