摘  要:为保证钢水的可浇性和铸坯质量,冶炼H08A钢时要求钢水氧活度波动范围在20 ppm左右,控制难度非常之大。分析冶炼数据后发现,转炉终点钢水氧化性与强脱氧剂铝锰钛的单位脱氧量(ppm/kg)之间存在线性相关关系。通过建立两个相关变量间的定量关系,即一元线性回归方程,并利用回归方程对铝锰钛的加入量进行预测,大幅提高了H08A钢水进氩站时氧活度达标率,减少了二次调氧量,保证了H08A钢水的可浇性,同时降低了强脱氧剂的消耗。In order to ensure the castability of the molten steel and slab quality, the fluctuation range of the oxygen activity of H08A steel must be about 20 ppm, and the control is very difficult. After the analysis of smelting data, it is found that there is a linear correlation between oxidation of converter destination molten steel and unit dexidation (ppm/kg) of strong deoxidizer aluminium - manganese - titanium. The quantitative relationship between these two related variables is established, and it is a linear regression equation, which can predict the adding amount of Al - Mn - Ti, strongly improve the standard rate of oxygen activity of H08A molten steel going into Argon station, reduce the secondary oxygen regulation, guarantee the casting capacity of H08A steel and reduce the consumption of heavy deoxidizer.
