摘  要:首秦公司RH炉投产以后,随着工艺路线逐渐成熟、品种钢不断开发,特别是抗酸钢的开发,对钢包的使用提出了更高的需求。介绍了首秦公司钢包的基本情况以及抗酸钢的冶炼特点,通过生产实践和精炼渣侵蚀试验,确定了影响钢包寿命的因素主要有钢液的冲刷、钢渣的侵蚀、熔渣脱氧程度、包沿掉砖以及渣线砖松动等。通过提高渣线砖耐侵蚀性、改进钢包包沿结构、优化精炼渣系等措施,使钢包的平均寿命从117次提高到135次。After RH furnace of Shouqin company went into operation, the technological route was mature gradually, and the quality steel was developed continuously. Especially the development of acid resistant steel has a higher demand for the ladle. This paper introduces the basic situation of the ladle in Shouqin company and the acid steel smelting characteristics. The main factors that influenced the ladle life are determined through production practice and erosion test of refining slag, including molten steel washing, slag erosion, slag deoxidation, brick dropping of ladle edge and loosening of slag line brick. By improving the corrosion resistance of slag line brick, improving the structure of ladle edge and optimizing refining slag system, the average life of ladle is increased from 117 to 135 times.
