摘　　要：对承钢1 260 m^3高炉扒炉大修后开炉快速达产过程进行了详细的总结。开炉前完成了布料参数校验和确定等准备工作。通过对开炉料的用料结构、装料方式和炉料分布的合理选择,以及全风后产量、指标的攻关,快速实现了日产3 700 t铁水。The process of rapidly reaching production rate after overhauling of Chengsteel 1 260 m3 BF is summarized in detail in this paper. The preparatory work such as charging parameter calibration and determination was finished before re - blowing operation, and the 3 700 tons of molten iron per day was achieved quickly through the reasonable choice of material structure, charging method and burden distribution of blowing - in material and the achievement of output and index after full blast.
