湖南省临床护理管理者岗位任职及其认知现状

摘　　要：目的了解湖南省临床护理管理者对管理岗位任职现状、能力及发展的看法,为临床护理管理岗位的规范化发展提供依据。方法 2015年11-12月,采用便利抽样法选取湖南省二级及以上医院的5663名护理管理者为研究对象,采用自行设计的临床护理管理岗位认知问卷对其进行调查。结果不同护理管理岗位任职者的最初学历以中专为主,最终学历以本科为主,病区护士长及片区护士长的职称以中级职称为主,护理部(副)主任及以上的岗位的职称以高级职称为主;最需要具备的能力为沟通协调能力和管理能力,且普遍认为人力配置和管理培训是影响管理队伍发展的重要因素。结论相关部门应通过岗位分析完善管理者对管理岗位的认知,并统一界定护理管理岗位任职者的任职资历。Objective To investigate clinical nursing managers＇ view on current situation , competence and development of management post in Hunan Province,in order to provide evidence for the standardized development.Methods By convinence sampling, 5663 nursing managers from above grade II hospitals across Hunan province were selected and participated in the questionnaire investigation.Results The most initial education level of all kinds of nursing managers was college degree and the foremost highest education level was bachelor degree;the foremost title of（deputy） head nurse and higher nursing officer were intermediate title and that was higher title for the （deputy）director of nursing .The most important abilities were the communication-coordination ability and management ability,and always agreed with personnel arrangement and management training being influencing the development of management team. Conclusions The relevant departments should complete post cognitive by post analysis and general definite management post holders＇ requirements.
