膨胀海绵和石膏加压固定对耳廓假囊肿术后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨膨胀海绵和石膏加压固定对耳廓假囊肿手术疗效的影响。方法比较78例膨胀海绵和66例石膏加压固定治疗耳廓假囊肿的有效率、疼痛分级及拆线时间。结果膨胀海绵组9~10 d拆线,有效率为100%;疼痛分级:0度61例、Ⅰ度10例、Ⅱ度7例。石膏组20 d拆线,4例发生感染,5例复发,6例放弃治疗,总有效率为83.4%;疼痛分级:0度13例、Ⅰ度32例、Ⅱ度10例、Ⅲ度11例。以上观察指标在2组间差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论膨胀海绵加压固定较石膏加压固定的有效率明显提高,具有疼痛轻、疗程短、不影响社会心理等优势,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of expansion sponges and gypsum pressurized fixation on auricle pseudocyst surgery. Methods Patients with auricle pseudocyst were treated with expansion sponge pressuring in 78 cases and gypsum pressuring in 66 cases. The efficiency, pain grading and clearing time were compared between the two groups. Results Expansion sponge pressurized fixation group took out stitches after 9 - 10 days, the effective rate was 100% , the pain grade was as follows： 0 degree in 61 cases, Ⅰ degree in 10 cases, Ⅱ degree in 7 cases. Gypsum pressurized fixation group took out stitches after 20 days, with 4 cases of infection, 5 cases with recurrence and 6 cases giving up the treatment. The total effective rate was 83.4% , and the pain grade was as follows： 0 degree in 13 cases, Ⅰ degree in 32 cases, Ⅱ degree in 10 cases, Ⅲdegree in 11 cases. All the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The effective rate was obviously improved in expansion sponge pressurized fixation group than that in gypsum pressurized fixation group, with slight pain, shorter course of treatment, and did not affect the social psychology.
