盘区机械化伪倾斜分条采矿法试验研究及应用

摘　　要：宏达矿业公司矿体属缓倾斜薄矿体,为探求开采合理的回采工艺,提高矿山的采矿技术及机械化装备水平,进行了盘区机械化伪倾斜分条采矿法试验研究。详述了盘区机械化伪倾斜分条采矿法盘区构成要素、采准切割、回采工艺过程。现场工业试验结果表明:盘区生产能力377 t/d,采矿损失率和矿石贫化率分别为15%、7.16%,取得了理想的试验效果,试验盘区年新增经济效益81.99万元。The orebody is moderately inclined and thin in Hongda mining company. In order to explore reasonable extraction process and improve mining technology as well as the level of mechanization,experimental research on panel mechanized false-inclined stripped mining has been carried out. The paper describes in detail the components,preparation and cutting and extraction process of the method. Field industrial test results show that the production capacity of the panel is 377 t/d,the mining loss rate and the ore dilution rate are 15 % and 7. 16 % respectively,achieving desired test results and directly increasing the profits of the test panel by 819 900 yuan annually.
