摘  要:气力浸出槽是金精矿加工过程中氰化法提金的重要设备。青海昆仑黄金有限公司针对传统气力浸出槽充气效果不理想,易出现沉槽"坐死"及供氧不足的情况对其结构进行了优化改造。生产实践表明:通过增加周边导流管、改变供气方式等措施,不但有效地解决了"沉槽"问题,而且矿浆中的溶氧量提高明显,金银等贵金属的浸出率也得到了明显提高。Pneumatic leaching tank is important equipment in gold cyanidation in the process of gold concentrate processing. Qinghai Kunlun gold company renovates and optimizes the structure of the equipment in light of the problems that traditional pneumatic leaching tanks are lacking in aeration performance and prone to " dead pulp" and insufficient oxygen supply. Production practice shows that by adding surrounding diversion pipes and changing aeration means,the " dead pulp" phenomena are effectively solved and the DO in the pulp is greatly increased as well as the leaching rate of precious metals such as gold and silver.
