摘　　要：提出了一种临近空间预警监视系统——平流层飞艇载综合脉冲孔径雷达(SIAR)系统,它采用综合脉冲孔径雷达体制,不仅能够实现对临近空间目标的预警监视,还具备较强的低空探测能力和反隐身能力,论证了平流层飞艇载SIAR系统的探测能力。This paper presents a kind of near space early warning surveillance system----the strato-spheric airship-based synthesized impulse aperture radar （SIAR） system, which adopts SIAR sys-tem, not only can realize the early warning and surveillance to near space targets,but also has good low-altitude detection capability and anti-stealth capability. The detection capability of stratospher-ic airship-based SIAR system is demonstrated.
