摘 要:某数据链机载设备结构设计过程中发热问题比较突出,为此设计了一种模块化拼接式强迫风冷机箱结构,既具有良好的散热能力,同时兼顾机载设备减重、盐雾、湿热、振动及电磁兼容等方面环境适应性要求。设计过程中应用热仿真软件,建立了整机的热仿真模型,分析了常温和高温工作时设备散热性能。设备样机顺利通过了高温摸底试验,表明该散热结构方案有效可行。The heating problem of a certain data link airborne equipment is more outstanding in the process of structural design, so this paper designs a modular forced air cooling box structure of spli-cing type,which has good radiating ability, and takes into account the environmental adaptability requirements such as weight reduction, salt spray, humidity, vibration and electromagnetic compati-bility, etc. .During the design process,the thermal simulation software is used to establish the ther-mal simulation model of the whole equipment and the radiating ability of the equipment in the working course of normal temperature and high temperature is analyzed. T h e prototype of the e-quipment has passed the test of high temperature thoroughly, which shows that the structure is feasible and effective.
