摘 要:目的调查重庆地区无偿献血人群中人类嗜T淋巴细胞白血病病毒(HTLV)的感染状况。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)随机检测献血者样本的抗-HTLV。初筛反应性标本采用免疫印迹法(WB)及核酸检测进行确认。结果ELISA法检测30017份献血者样本,初筛反应性6份,核酸检测确认全为阴性,WB确认5份阴性、1份不确定。结论研究结果显示重庆地区无偿献血人群HTLV感染率低,是否全面开展献血者抗-HTLV筛查需要很多的数据支持,可将滤除白细胞可以作为降低HTLV的输血传播风险的重要手段。Objective To evaluate the infection situation of Human T-cell Leukemia Virus (HTLV) in blood donor in Chongqing. Methods The antibodies of HTLV in plasma samples of blood donors were screened by ELISA mothed. Reactive specimens of ELISA method were validated by Western Blot (WB) and nucleic acid test (NAT) . Results A total of 30017 plasma samples were performed by ELISA method, 6 specimens in which appeared as reactive. 5 in 6 ELISA reactive specimens were negative results which confirmed by WB, and 1 specimen was uncertainty. All the ELISA reactive specimens were negative validated by NAT. Conclusion Our investigation has revealed that HTLV hypoendemic or non-epidemic in Chongqing region. Whether to carry out a comprehensive anti HTLV screening of blood donors need more data. Filtration of white blood cell can be an important measure to reduce the risk of HTLV transmission by filtered components.
