摘 要:目的分析成都市2000-2016年单采血小板献血者分布特征,为制定个性化招募方案提供科学依据。方法收集成都市2000-2016年单采血小板献血者的资料,共计63 577人。结果 63 577名单采血小板献血者中,男女性别比为2.06:1,18~35岁年龄段人群占献血者总人数的60.9%,学生是单采血小板捐献的重要力量。单次献血者人数占总献血人群的81.6%,3次及以上的献血者人数虽仅占总人数的9.7%,但献血量超过了总采集量的50.7%。性别、年龄、文化程度和职业均为单采血小板献血者捐献频率的影响因素,男性和56~60年龄段的献血者更容易成为捐献次数大于等于6次的献血者。结论应根据人群分布特征,科学制定个性化招募方案,以实现单采血小板献血者招募工作的飞跃,缓解临床血小板需求紧张的局势。Objective Analysis on distribution of 63 577 platelet donors in Chengdu from 2000 to 2016, to provide the basis of scientific formulation for the “ personalized” recruitment plan. Methods Tangshan SHINOW9.0 software was used to consult information of apheresis platelet in Chengdu blood center from 2000 to 2016, a total of 63 577 persons^ ^^ul ts Male of apheresis platelet donors was higher than the female, with a proportion of 2.06:1. More than 60.9% donors were 18 to 35 years old. Most donors were student. 1 time donation accounted for 81.6% of total donors, and more than 3 donation times accounted for 9.7%. Certain factors, such as the age, gender, vocation and education level affected their frequency of donation. Conclusion It would be helpful to ease the tensions of insufficient blood collection by set the “ personalized” recruitment plan.
