摘 要:随着我国对纺织染整企业的排污标准和节能减排的要求愈来愈高,印染废水中水回用势在必行。为研究陶瓷超滤膜作为一种新型的超滤产品在处理此类废水上的性能、特点,通过一套陶瓷膜中试设备处理绍兴某印染厂待回用中水,在不同通量下运行设备,积累数据,最终证明:当进水COD<200mg/L,浊度<5NTU时,陶瓷膜可以以150lmh的运行通量运行,其MCIP周期>48小时。当进水COD<150mg/L,浊度<5NTU时,陶瓷膜可以以180~200L/m^2h的运行通量运行,其维护性化学清洗周期>48小时。与多介质加有机超滤膜工艺对比,陶瓷膜的运行通量为有机膜的3-4倍,化学清洗效果更佳,CIP周期更长。由于陶瓷膜本身结实耐用,其污染物泄露的可能性也更低。With the sewage standards and energy-saving emission reduction requirements are increasingly high, the reuse of textile printing and dyeing wastewater is imperative. In order to study the performance and characteristics of ultrafiltration products in this waste water treatment, the ceramic ultrafiltration membrane was used to treat waste water from a textile printing plant in ShaoXing, through different operation flux. The data accumulated ultimately proved: when the influent COD 〈200mg / L, turbidity 〈5NTU, the ceramic membrane can run at 150lmh flux, with mCIP cycle〉 48 hours. When the influent COD 〈150mg / L, turbidity 〈5NTU, the ceramic membrane can run at 180 ?200L/m2h flux, with MCIP cycle〉 48 hours. Compared with polymeric ultrafiltration, the flux of ceramic membrane is 3-4 times higher, MCIP is better, CIP cycle is longer. As the ceramic film itself is durable, the possibility of pollutant leakage is also low.
