摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加快,城市人口的规模越来越大,由此产生的餐厨垃圾成为环境治理必须要解决的难题之一。城市餐厨垃圾常常与生活垃圾混合排放,形态复杂。本文简要论述了餐厨垃圾现状,并提出了几种主要处理工艺,为实际应用提供理论参考。With the acceleration of urbanization process, the scale of urban population is getting bigger and bigger, and the resulting kitchen garbage becomes one of the problems that environmental management must solve. City food waste is often mixed with domestic waste, the shape of complex. This paper briefly discusses the status quo of food waste, and put forward several main processing technology, for the practical application of the theoretical reference.
