论甘肃省瓜州移民社区社会保障服务的发展和优化

摘　　要：社会保障服务是具有公共物品性质的一种社会服务,同时也是服务型政府的一项重要职能,其对全面建成小康社会和实现城乡居民公共服务均等化具有重要的实践意义。通过对甘肃省瓜州县移民社区养老保障服务、医疗保障服务、就业服务、康复与妇幼保障服务的现状、问题进行分析,提出优化瓜州移民社区社会保障服务的措施,其中养老保障服务和医疗保障服务是提高移民社区服务质量的核心。Social security service is a kind of social services which is characteristic of public goods. It is also an important function of the service-oriented government, and it has a vital practical significance to build a well-off society in an all-round way and to realize the urban and rural residents7 equal public service. This paper analyzed the current condition and problems of the old-age security service, medi-cal security service, employment service, rehabilitation and maternity and child care service of the im-migrant community in the Guazhou county, and accordingly put forward some solutions to those prob-lems. Meanwhile, the old-age security service and medical security service are the core to improve the quality of immigrant community.
