摘  要:在叶腊石的开采研究过程中,准确地检测出有效成分的含量是叶腊石检测的重点。对于一种未知成分含量的叶腊石矿粉,采用的测量方法包括X射线衍射(XRD)、同步热分析(STA,Simultaneous Thermal Analysis)和化学成分分析。实验首先采用X射线衍射仪来对原样品进行物相分析,初步确定样品主要由SiO2(石英)、Al_4[Si_4O_(10)](OH)_8(迪凯石)和Al_2[Si_4O_(10)](OH)_2(叶腊石)3类矿物组成;然后通过同步热分析得出叶腊石矿粉的热重曲线在0~262℃,262~730℃和730℃以后分别发生失重0.31%(质量分数,下同),3.45%和0.32%;最后结合化学分析得出样品中含有质量分数为15.96%的Al_2O_3,77.30%的SiO_2和2.98%的杂质。结合以上不同分析方法的测量结果,建立方程组,经过计算,最后得出这种未知叶腊石矿的主要组成成分及每种成分的含量。结果表明:叶腊石矿的主要矿物种类为叶腊石、迪凯石和石英;叶腊石矿中含有43.87%的叶腊石、8.98%的迪凯石、43.86%的石英、0.31%的吸附水和2.98%的杂质。The accurate content determination of effective components is the key for the detection of pyrophyllite during its exploitation process.For a pyrophyllite powder sample with unknown content,the determination methods include X-ray diffraction(XRD),simultaneous thermal analysis(STA)and chemical composition analysis.Firstly,the phase analysis of original sample was conducted using X-ray diffractometer.The preliminary results showed that the sample was mainly composed of three minerals,i.e.,quartz(SiO_2),dickite(Al_4[Si_4O_(10)](OH)_8)and pyrophyllite(Al_2[Si_4O_(10)](OH)_2).Then the thermogravimetric(TG)curve of pyrophyllite powder was obtained by STA.It indicated that the weight loss at 0-262 ℃,262-730 ℃ and higher than 730℃ was 0.31%,3.45%and 0.32%(mass fraction,similarly hereinafter),respectively.Finally the chemical analysis results suggested that the sample contained 15.96% Al_2O_3,77.30% SiO_2 and 2.98%impurities.Based on the measurement results by different analysis methods,the equation set was established.Therefore,the major components and their contents in unknown pyrophyllite ore could be obtained through calculation.The results showed that the major minerals in pyrophyllite ore were pyrophyllite,dickite and quartz.The content of pyrophyllite,dickite,quartz,absorbed water and impurities was 43.87%,8.98%,43.86%,0.31% and 2.98%,respectively.
