历史文化街区文化生态竞争力评价与旅游开发研究——以天津估衣街为例

摘　　要：天津作为环渤海地区经济中心和京津冀协同发展中的重要城市,在历史上有着悠久的文化传统,其城市文化塑造与旅游发展引人关注。分析了天津历史文化街区特征,提出影响城市与相应历史街区发展的重要因素在于其文化生态的完整程度,并构建了相应的竞争力体系。通过AHP层次分析法和德尔菲法对天津市估衣街历史文化街区进行了评价分析,指出其文化结构、价值观念继承等方面存在的相关问题,并从文化生态角度为当地旅游开发提出了改进策略。As the economic center of Bohai Sea and a major city in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development,Tianjin,with a long cultural tradition in history,is well concerned in its culture and tourism development. This article analyzed the characteristics of historical and cultural district in Tianjin,proposed the important factors of urban development the corresponding historic districts cultural ecology,and constructed the corresponding competitive system. The evaluation method of Guyi street historical and cultural blocks through AHP and Delphi pointed out related problems,and proposed improvement strategies from the perspective of cultural ecology for the local tourism development.
