摘　　要：在现今银行监管趋严的背景下,对宏观审慎评估与新版《指引》的研究分析,并联系银行业表外业务的现状,可以有效理清宏观审慎评估、新版《指引》与银行业表外业务之间的联系与作用关系,文中以商业银行表外业务的视角出发,对银行监管与宏观审慎评估进行比较,从比较中分析商业银行面对银行监管与宏观审慎评估的应对措施,旨在以新的研究切入点出发,提供参考。Nowadays, under the background of the strict supervision of banks, this paper analyzes the macro - prudential assessment and the new ＂Guidelines＂ ,and links with the status quo of the off-balance sheet business of the banking industry, which can effectively clarify the macro - prudential assessment, the new This paper analyzes the relationship between banking supervision and macro - prudential assessment from the perspective of the off - balance sheet business of commercial banks, compares the banking supervision with the macro - prudential assessment, and compares the banks＇ Measures aimed at starting with new research entry points and providing a reference.
