糖尿病性脑血管病变病人脑血流指标及微循环状态的变化研究

摘　　要：目的观察糖尿病性脑血管病变病人脑血流指标及微循环状态的变化情况。方法选取2013年10月—2015年7月天门市第一人民医院收治的75例糖尿病性脑血管病变病人为A组,75例糖尿病无脑血管病变病人为B组,75名健康同龄者为C组,然后检测及比较3组的脑血流指标及微循环状态相关指标,并比较A组大血管病变与微血管病变病人脑血流指标及微循环状态相关指标。结果 A组脑血流指标及微循环状态相关指标均差于B组及C组,B组则差于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组大血管病变病人脑血流指标及微循环状态相关指标较差,与微血管病变病人比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病性脑血管病变病人的脑血流指标及微循环状态相对较差,且大血管病变与微血管病变病人之间也存在明显差异,故对此类病人进行上述方面的监测与改善价值较高。ObjecLive To observe and investigate the changes of cerebral blood flow indexes and microcirculation state in patients with diabetic cerebrovascular disease.Methods Seventy five patients with diabetic cerebrovascular disease in our hospital from October 2013 to July 2015 were selected as group A,75 patients with diabetes mellitus and without cerebrovascular disease were selected as the group B,75 healthy persons of the same age were selected as group C,then the cerebral blood flow indexes and microcirculation state related indexes of three groups were detected and compared？then the cerebral blood flow indexes and microcirculation state re-lated indexes of group A with large vessel disease and microvascular disease were compared too.Results The cerebral blood flow indexes and microcirculation state related indexes of group A were all worse than those of group B and group C,the results of group B were all worse than those of group C,and the detection results of group A with large vessel disease were all worse than those of patients with microvascular disease （ P 〈0.0 5）,he differences were all significant.Conclusion The cerebral blood flow indexes and microcirculation state of patients with diabetic cerebrovascular disease are relatively worse,and the differences of patients with large vessel disease and microvascular disease are obvious too,so the monitoring and improving value to those items of patients are higher.
