大型体育赛会志愿服务特征及中外比较研究

摘　　要：为了有效地推动社会志愿服务体系发展,提高体育赛事志愿服务水平,本文采用文献资料等研究方法,阐述了大型体育赛会志愿服务的发展渊源、表现特征及特殊价值,着重分析比较了中外体育赛会志愿服务的发展状况,提出了培育体育赛会志愿服务社会化、法制化,建设体育赛会志愿服务队伍专业化、制度化,形成体育赛会志愿服务持久化、常态化等建议,继而更好的探索大型体育赛会志愿服务今后的发展管理模式,推动我国志愿服务事业向更新更强发展。In order to promote the development of volunteer service system in China and improve sports volunteer services, this paper analyzed voluntary services in large - scaled sports events from the aspects of the development, characteristics, value and international compara-tive study. On the basis of the research above, as well as the history and current situation in China, we propose that professional volunteer managers and officials should follow these principles. Meanwhile, this paper aimed to provide a reference to improve development of sports in our country and promote volunteering service system under the new period.
