2022年冬奥会背景下首都群众冰雪运动发展的SWOT分析

摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、归纳总结法和逻辑推理法,对2022年冬奥会筹备工作背景下北京市民冰雪运动发展进行了SWOT分析。研究表明:首都发展冰雪运动历史悠久,经济近年来稳步发展,首都群众发展冰雪运动具有明显的优势与十足的发展后劲。政府的宏观调控与媒体宣传,设施完备的冰雪运动场馆与完善的交通网络服务也为首都大力发展冰雪运动提供了机会。然而我国冰雪运动成绩靠后、冰雪项目发展不均衡、冬季气温偏高、降雨量稀缺、空气污染严重等问题也对冰雪运动的发展提出了新的挑战与威胁。并通过探讨分析具体策略,为促进首都冰雪运动人口发展提供参考依据。This paper conducts SWOT analysis on the development of winter sports by Beijing citizens during preparation of the 2022 Olympic Winter Games by using the methods of document, the summarization and the logical reasoning. The study shows that a long development history of winter sports in Beijing and the steady economic development in recent years grant the winter sports of the public with a remarkable advantage and a strong development momentum. Further-more ,the macro - regulation by the government and the media publicity, the well equipped win-ter sports buildings and the perfect traffic network service also provide opportunities for the vigor-ous development of the winter sports in the capital. However, China’s performance in winter sports is lagged behind, with unbalanced development in the winter sports events. Its develop-ment also faces new challenges and threats from over high temperature and rare precipitation in winter, serious air pollution and other problems. This paper discusses the specific promotion methods and strategies of winter sports development, so as to provide a reference for the planning of increasing the population who take part in the winter sports.
