摘 要:采用国标GB/T 5009-2003方法测定了萝卜及小白菜叶片的VA、VB1、VB2、VB9、VC、VE,钙、镁、铁、磷、钾及氨基酸(18种)及L-莱菔素含量,并对叶用萝卜与小白菜进行栽培对照试验。试验结果表明,萝卜叶所含粗蛋白、矿质元素和氨基酸十分丰富,其中VC、VE含量分别均较小白菜高10%~80%,萝卜叶含有的L-莱菔素含量最高,为67.1 mg/kg,较萝卜根19.8 mg/kg高249%。3次重复试验结果表明,叶用萝卜在生育期25 d时产量较小白菜高104%~110%,为最佳产量,叶用萝卜50 g/10 m2的播种密度达到投入产出比的最佳值。The contents of VA, VB1 , VB2 , VB9 , VC, VE, Ca, Mg, Fe, P, K, amino acids (18 items) and L-sulforaphene in the leaves of radish and Chinese cabbage were determined according to GB/T 5009-2003. As well as the cultivation check test of the leaf-using radishes and Chinese cabbage was carried out. The results showed that there were rich contained of crude protein, mineral elements and amino acids in radish leaves, and the contents of VC and VE were 10%-80% higher than that of Chinese cabbage respectively, and the max content of L-sulforaphene was 67.1 mg/kg, which was 249% higher than that of radish root (19.8 mg/kg). After three repeated tests, the results showed that when in 25 days growth period, the yield of leaf-using radish was 104%-110% higher than that of Chinese cabbage, which was the optimum yield. The 50 g/10 m^2 seeding density of leaf-using radish was the best value of input-output ratio.
