摘  要:肌醇及钙在植物生长发育中均起到重要作用,为了进一步分析两者协同作用对作物生长发育的影响,以不同浓度的肌醇结合钙处理大白菜幼苗,分析了其对大白菜生长的促进效果。试验结果表明,不同浓度肌醇和钙处理后,显著提升大白菜的生物量,效果强于单一因子处理,地上部叶绿素含量及地下部根系活力也与外源肌醇及钙浓度呈正相关,SOD活性在肌醇及钙处理后也呈上升趋势,且明显促进了植株对钾离子和钙离子的吸收,但镁离子含量无明显变化。Inositol and calcium both play important roles in the growth and development of plant. In order to further analyze the synerg^^ effects of the two factors, the study set up different concentrations of inositol and calcium treatments with Chinese cabbage seedlings, by analyzing the promoting effect on Chinese cabbage growth. The results showed that the different concentrations of inositol and calcium treatments could significantly improve the biomass of Chinese cabbage, and the effect was better than that of single factor treatment. The chlorophyll content of shoot and root activity were also associated with exogenous inositol and calcium concentrations. SOD activity showed an increasing trend after inositol and calcium treatment. Further, ion (K, Ca) contents were significantly promoted under different concentrations of inositol and calcium treatment. However, there was no significant change in the content of magnesium ion.
