PDCA循环法在肿瘤外科出院病案管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究PDCA循环管理模式在出院病案管理中的应用效果。方法以某院肿瘤外科为试点,以2016年9月至2017年2月期间1000例住院患者作为研究对象,随机分为两个组别,对照组出院病案采用传统管理模式,试验组采用PDCA管理模式,比较两组患者出院病案的管理效果。结果与对照组相比,试验组患者出院病案的提交时间明显缩短(1.78±0.47d vs.2.85±1.07d),返修率也明显降低(1.6%vs.15.4%),而出院病案的完整性和规范性评分显著升高,差异均具有显著统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论对于某院肿瘤外科出院病案的管理,PDCA循环管理模式效果显著,不仅能够缩短出院病案提交的时间,降低病历返修率,还可提升出院病案质量。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management model in the management of discharged medical records. Methods To take the surgical oncology department of our hospital as experimental unit, 1000 hospitalized patients admitted from September 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group was treated with traditional management model, and the PDCA model was used in the trial group. Furthermore, to compare the management effect of patients in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the delivery time of the discharged medical records was significantly shortened （1.78 ± 0. 47d vs. 2. 85 ± 1.07d）, and the return rate was significantly reduced （1.6% vs. 15.4%）, however, the scores of integrity and normative of the discharged medical records were significantly increased, all of the differences were statistically significant （P〈O. 01, respectively）. Conclusions For the management of discharged medical records of surgical oncology department in our hospital, PDCA cycle management model showed a significant effect. It could not only shorten the time of submission of medical records and reduce the repair rate of medical records, but also improve the quality of discharged medical records, which was worthy of promotion and application.
