摘　　要：目的调查惠州市某三级综合医院儿童社区获得性肺炎单病种质量管理实施情况并评价其效果。方法采用回顾性调查的方法,按照原卫生部单病种质量控制指标,对某院2014年-2016年儿童社区获得性肺炎质控指标完成及医疗资源消耗情况进行比较分析。结果 2014年-2016年间,儿童社区获得性肺炎质量指标达标率由53.36%增加到78.32%,平均住院日由6.44天缩短为5.42天,降幅15.84%,平均住院费用由3459.78元降为3300.4元,降幅4.61%,均呈正向变化趋势。结论儿童社区获得性肺炎单病种质量控制有成效,医疗资源消耗减少,但总体达标率未能做到100%,可联合临床路径管理、健全院-科二级质控体系、加大培训力度进一步优化,做到医疗质量的持续改进。Objectives To investigate and analyze the quality control application situation of children with community acquired pneumonia in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital in Huizhou, as well as evaluate its effect. Methods By using the method of retrospective investigation, according to the single disease quality control index of the Ministry of Health, the paper analyzed the quality control index and the consumption of medical resources in children from 2014 to 2016. Results Fronl 2014 to 2016, the standard rate of children ~vith community acquired pneumonia was increased from 53.36% to 78.32%, and the average length of stay was shortened from 6. 44 days to 5.42 days, drop 15.84%. The average hospitalization cost decreased from $3300.4 to $3459.78, dropped 4. 61%. Conclusions The single disease quality control of community acquired pneumonia in children was effective, the cost of medical resources decreased, but the overall compliance rate not achieved 100%. We could combine with clinical pathway management, improve hospital department of the two-level quality control system, intensify training to further optimize, so as to achieve continuous improvement of medical quality.
