摘 要:为了在SO_x、NO_x排放达标的同时,最大限度降低脱硫脱硝成本,实现电厂脱硫脱硝系统经济运行,以某300 MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉污染物控制系统为研究对象,在研究硫、硝污染物脱除主要影响因素的基础上,以SO_x、NO_x排放浓度、脱硫脱硝效率及其主要影响因素作为约束条件,建立以经济性指标作为目标函数的系统模型,通过对模型优化求解,得到既满足约束条件又使原料消耗量及电耗量最小的一组最优解。该方法在满足环保新标准的同时,兼顾系统成本最低,可为CFB锅炉污染物脱除系统节能降耗提供新的思路。In order to minimize the cost of desulfurization and denitrification while meeting the pollutant discharge standards and achieving economic operation,an in-service 300 MW CFB boiler pollutant control system is taken as the study object.Based on the study on the major factors that affect the desulfurization and denitrification results,a system model is established with the SOx and NOx emission concentration,the desulfurization and denitrifieation efficiency,and the major influencing factors as the constraints and the economic performance as the objective function.By solving the optimization model,an optimal solution is obtained which both satisfies the constraints and minimizes the raw material consumption and the electricity consumption.The method,which meets the new environmental standards and enables the system cost to be the lowest at the same time,provides new ideas for the energy saving of the CFB boiler pollutant removal system.
