摘  要:目的:对八仙花叶中的紫罗兰酮类化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,并通过~1H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR,MS等谱学技术确定结构。结果:从八仙花叶提取物中分离得到7个紫罗兰酮类化合物,分别为:ficumegasoside(1),glochidionionosides C(2),伊那莫甙(3),macarangioside D(4),淫羊藿甙B1(5),staphylionoside D(6),柑橘苷A(7)。结论:化合物1~3,5~7均为八仙花属中首次分离。Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Hydrangea macrophylla leaves. Methods: The chemical constituents were separated and purified by various isolation methods (silica gel, ODS and HPLC column chromatography), and their structures were determined by the analysis of spectral date ( 1H - , 13 C - NMR and MS). Results : Seven compounds were obtained and elucidated as follows : ficumegasoside ( I ), glochidionionosides C ( 2 ) , inamoside ( 3 ), macarangioside D (4) , icariside B1(5), staphylionoside D (6) and citroside A (7). Conclusion: Compounds 1 -3, 5 -7 were isolated from Hydrangea macrophylla leaves for the first time.
