摘  要:目的:研究毛脉酸模果实乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex-LH20柱色谱技术对毛脉酸模果实乙酸乙酯部位化学成分进行分离纯化,运用波谱分析技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:从毛脉酸模果实乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到了8个化合物,分别鉴定为:1)3-O-甲基槲皮素,2)槲皮素,3)胡萝卜苷,4)大黄素,5)黄素甲醚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷,6)大黄酚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷,7)白藜芦醇,8)大黄酚。结论:3-O-甲基槲皮素首次在酸模属植物中分离得到,槲皮素和大黄素甲醚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷首次在毛脉酸模中分离得到。Objective : To study the chemical constituents of Rumex gmelini. Methods : Chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extract from Rumex gmelini fruit was purified by silica gel and Sephadex - LH20 chromato- graphic columns, and the compounds structures were identified by using spectral analysis techniques. Results: Eight compounds were isolated in ethyl acetate extract from Rumex gmelini fruit. They were identified as: 3 - O -methyl quercetin, quercetin, daucosterol, emodin, physcion major beta D glucoside, chrysophanol major beta D glucoside, resveratrol, and chrysophanol. Conclusion :3 - O - methyl quercetin was isolated for the first time in Rumex plants, also quercetin and physcion major beta D glucoside were first obtained in Rumex gmelini.
