摘　　要：目的:观察儿黄散治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅰ~Ⅱ级的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的50例患者随机分为儿黄散组(治疗组)25例,重组人干扰素凝胶组(对照组)25例,治疗2个月经周期为1个疗程,观察两组患者临床有效率、HPV转阴情况及带下量、色、质改善情况。结果:治疗组临床有效率72.0%优于对照组44.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组HPV转阴情况无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组可明显改善患者带下量、带下色等临床不适症状,且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药儿黄散治疗CINⅠ~Ⅱ临床疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Erhuang Powder treating cervical intraepitheli- al neoplasia （CIN） of Ⅰ-Ⅱ level. Methods：50 eases were randomly divided into the treatment group （Erhuang Powder group, 25 eases） and the eontrol group （human recombinant interferon gel group, 25 eases）. The clinical efficiency, the negative conversion rate of HPV, and the improvement of vagina discharge were compared after two menstrual eyeles. Results： The clinical efficacy rate was 72.0% in the treatment group, which was higher than 44.0% in the control group, and there was a statistical significance between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05） ; in terms of the negative conversion rate of HPV, there was no differenee between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ） ; The volume, eolour and property of vagina discharge were significantly improved in the treatment group, which was superior to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Erhuang Powder has a dis-tinct effect on CIN of Ⅰ-Ⅱ level, with less adverse reaetions, which is worthy of clinical application.
