摘 要:近年来在智能交通不断发展的宏观背景下,大数据作为智能交通解决方案的基础应用,获得了前所未有的关注。面对日益复杂的道路交通环境,公安机关交通管理部门应不断深入实施以大数据应用为核心的"科技强警"战略,积极打造深层次、精细化、前瞻性的智能交通警务。在现阶段,已有部分城市将大数据技术引入了公安交通管理领域,通过对交通数据信息的深度挖掘和综合运用,有效推动了交通管理策略由"业务驱动"向"数据预测"的转变,进一步实现了"向科技要警力、向科技要战斗力"的目标。In recent years, under the background of intelligent traffic development, large data has been paid much attention as the basic application of intelligent transportation solution. In the face of the increasingly complex road traffic environment, the traffic management department of public security organs should continue to implement the strategy of "strong science and technology" with large data application as the core, and actively build deep, refined and forward-looking intelligent traffic policing. At present, some cities have introduced large data technology into the field of public security traffic management. Through the deep excavation and comprehensive utilization of traffic data, this paper has effectively promoted the change of traffic management strategy from " business driven" to " data forecast ", To further achieve the goal of " science and technology to the police, to the science and technology to combat".
