摘 要:研究重离子~7Li辐射对"永19"玉米自交系还原糖含量的影响.采用溴化钾压片法红外光谱定性表征玉米还原糖.优化3,5-二硝基水杨酸(DNS)法的最佳波长,在540 nm定量测定不同剂量重离子7Li辐射自交系的还原糖含量.提取液与标准品特征峰重合证明提取液为还原糖.定量结果表明10 Gy辐射还原糖含量高达4.50%,20和40 Gy辐射分别为3.94%、3.79%,而30和50 Gy辐射略低于对照(3.55%).重离子~7Li辐射对玉米还原糖含量有正负双重作用呈现出马鞍形曲线.An investigation demonstrated the effects of heavy ion 7Li irradiation on "Yong 19" maize inbred lines" reduc- ing sugar content. Using KBr tableting technique, maize redueing sugar was qualitatively characterized by infrared spec- trum. Then, optimized the wavelength for 3, 5-dinitro salicylic acid (DNS) determination, all the reducing sugars from dif- ferent doses of heavy ion 7Li treated inbred lines were quantitatively measured at 540 nm. These eharacteristic peaks of ex- traction and standard were eoineident, whieh proved that the extraction was reducing sugar. The quantitative results showed that reducing sugar content of 10 Gy radiation reached as high as 4.50%, 20 and 40 Gy radiation were 3.94% and 3.79%, whereas 30 and 50 Gy radiation were slightly lower than that of the eontrol sample (3.55%). It indicated that heavy ion 7Li irradiation has both positive and negative effects on maize reducing sugar content, which presented a kind of sad- dle-type curve.
