摘 要:为了阐明温度和光照对高山姬鼠能量收支的影响,对不同温度和光照驯化条件下高山姬鼠的食物的总摄入能、消化能、可代谢能、消化率和可代谢率进行了测定.结果表明:温度和光照对于高山姬鼠的能量收支影响差异显著,低温和短光可以增加高山姬鼠的总摄入能、消化能、可代谢能、消化率和可代谢率,说明在季节性环境变化的过程中,高山姬鼠在低温和短光条件下通过增加能量摄入和消化水平来维持生存.In order to clarify the influence of temperature and photoperiod on energy budget in Apodemus chevrieri,energy intake,digested energy,metabolizable energy,digestibility and assimilation rate were measured in different temperature and photoperiod acclimations.The results showed that temperature and photoperiod had significant effects on energy budget.Cold temperature and short photoperiod had significant effects on energy intake,digested energy,metabolizable energy,digestibility and assimilation rate.All of the results indicated that cold temperature and short photoperiod can increase energy and digestion level to maintain survival during the seasonal changing in A.chevrieri.
