摘 要:针对四轮定位仪主销内倾角在检定过程中存在误差的问题,研制了基于多自由度空间正切机构的新型全自动四轮定位仪检定装置。该检定装置的主销后倾与主销内倾的模拟调整运动可分步独立完成,避免了主销工作运动时因干涉产生的角度误差。在此装置基础上基于空间几何分析,建立了四轮定位仪主销内倾检定数学模型。通过对模型几何关系的分析推导,得到了影响主销内倾角检定精度的主要因素。装置按照国家标准进行了主销后倾角和主销内倾角示值精度检测,结果符合计量规范要求。该设计为后续的四轮定位仪检定装置的设计提供了一定的借鉴。According to the main pin four wheel alignment angle error problem in the verification process,a new type of automatic verification device of four wheel alignment based on multi degree of freedom space tangent mechanism is developed. The main pin of the verification device after the tilt adjustment simulation movement and main pin inclination can independently accomplish the work step by step,the main pin movement due to interference angle error are avoided. On this basis of this device and based on the space geometry analysis,the model of four wheel alignment main pin inclination verification is established. Through the analysis and derivation of the geometric relationship of the model,the main factors affecting the accuracy of the kingpin inclination angle are obtained. According to the national standard,the accuracy of the main pin back angle and the main pin inclination value are detected,the result is conformed to the national standard. The design will provide reference for the design of the four wheel alignment device verification.
