城管执法人员工作压力、心理症状与心理资本的关系

摘　　要：目的了解城管执法人员工作压力水平及心理症状,探讨工作压力、心理症状与心理资本的关系。方法于2015年10月使用症状自评量表、工作压力源量表和心理资本量表对深圳市某城管局346名城管执法人员进行问卷调查,采用相关分析和回归分析分析心理资本在工作压力与心理症状之间的关系。结果城管执法人员心理症状平均得分(119.23±42.13)分,心理障碍阳性检出率21.4%。心理症状与事务型心理资本、人际型心理资本均呈负相关(r=-0.287、-0.236,P<0.001),与工作压力呈正相关(r=0.846,P<0.001)。人际型心理资本和事务型心理资本在工作压力与心理症状之间起预测作用(t=-0.510、-0.608,P<0.001)。结论城管执法人员心理资本、工作压力与心理症状之间关系密切,心理资本越高,工作压力对心理症状的影响越小。Objective To investigate urban law enforcement officers＇ job stress and mental symptoms, and to explore the rela- tionship among job stress, mental symptoms and psychological capital. Methods Symptom Check List-90（SCL-90） , Occupa- tional Stressor Questionnaire （OSQ） and Psychological Capital Questionnaire （PCQ） were used to survey 346 urban law enforce- ment officers in an urban management bureau in Shenzhen City in October, 2015. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were employed for studying the relationship among psychological capital, job stress and mental symptoms. Results The average score of mental symptoms in the urban law enforcement officers was （119.23±42.13） , and the positive detection rate of psychological barrier was 21.4%. Mental symptoms were negatively related to affair psychological capital and interpersonal psychological capital （r = -0.287, P〈0. 001 ; r = -0. 236, P〈0.001 ）, but positively related to job stress （ r = 0. 846, P〈0.001 ）. Affair psychological capital and interpersonal psychological capital had significant predictive effects on job stress and mental symptoms（ t =-0.510, P〈 0. 001 ;t= -0.608 ,P〈0.001 ）. Conclusions Psychological capital is closely correlated with job stress and mental symptoms a- mong urban law enforcement officers. The higher psychological capital, the less job stress influence on mental symptoms.
