摘 要:干部管理是现代医院管理的重要内容之一,做好干部管理的风险防控体系,有助于加强干部队伍的建设。基于风险管理理论,从思想道德、岗位职责、外部环境和工作流程四个方面查找风险点,共查找出四大方面,14个风险点。在传统干部防控体系的基础上,构建"互联网+"关键点风险防控系统,完善干部管理风险点防控体系,实现干部风险管理的全流程管理,以大数据的采集方式加强数据的客观性,保证干部风险防控的全面性。Cadre management is one of the important contents of modern hospital management. Establishment of the risk prevention and control system of cadre management helps strengthen the construction of cadre teams. Based on the theory of risk management,14 key risks are spotted from four aspects,which are ideology and morality,job responsibility,external environment and working process. On the basis of the traditional risk prevention and control system,"Internet + "-oriented key risk prevention and control system should be established,so as to improve the risk prevention and control system of cadre management,realize the whole process management of risk management,strengthen the objectivity of the data through big data collection and ensure the comprehensiveness of risk prevention and control of cadre management.
