摘　　要：杀医伤医事件已经成为医疗风险防范的重点,有效防范医疗风险的发生,是医务工作人员必备的一项重要技能。分析医疗纠纷发生的原因,找出防范医疗风险的有效方法。为探讨防范医疗风险,文中引入心理咨询技术。Medical violent events have become a focus of the current medical risk prevention. How to effectively prevent the occurrence of medical risks is a necessary skill for medical staff. Therefore,this paper analyzes the causes of medical disputes,so as to find out effective ways to prevent medical risks. In order to explore medical risk prevention,psychological counseling technique is introduced in this paper.
