摘　　要：军队卫勤保障中需要充分发挥医学科技的支撑作用,实现医学技术成果向部队转化,形成现实的卫勤保障能力。本文首先明确卫勤转化、卫勤转化价值和卫勤转化价值链概念;然后分析医学技术成果卫勤转化价值链构成,包括基本活动、保障活动和基本利润,并据此分析卫勤转化增值路径。通过开展相关实证研究,证实切实提高成果的卫勤转化价值,必须首先从卫勤转化价值链的基本活动入手。Medical technology plays an important supporting role in the military medical support activities.Medical technology achievements should be transformed for military purposes,so as to promote a realistic medical support capability. This paper clearly defined the conceptions of health service transformation,health service transformation value and health service transformation value chain,analyzed the constitution of health service transformation value chain of medical technological achievements,including primary activities,support activities and basic profits. Based on the value chain,the health service transformation and increment paths were analyzed. Through related empirical research,it was identified that the primary activities of value chain can really improve the health service transformation value of medical technological achievements.
