摘　　要：从医院建设研究型医院的历程探讨其精细化科研管理的主要做法,从科管人员配备、科研管理制度、科研经费使用、全程科研服务、学术氛围营造等五个方面的精细化科研管理进行阐述。经过医院精细化的科研管理建设,提高医院科研水平,提升科研成果的数质量,促进研究型医院的建设与发展。Based on the hospital＇s cause of building up a research-oriented hospital,this paper discusses the practice of fine management of scientific research from five aspects,which are staffing and scientific research management,management system of scientific research,utilization of scientific research funds,the whole-process research services,and academic atmosphere creating. The construction of fine management of the hospital＇s scientific research significantly improves the level of its scientific research,promotes the quantity ad quality of scientific research achievements,and boosts the construction and development of a research-oriented hospital.
