摘 要:以舱室油池火灾为例,针对直流喷雾水枪灭火过程中雾状水滴与火羽流的交互过程,结合火灾动力学原理建立液滴在火羽流中垂向运动模型,揭示单支喷雾水枪扑灭船舶舱室火灾时影响雾状水滴灭火效能的主要因素。通过正交设计构造基于5因素的水枪灭火模式模型,运用火灾动力学软件进行数值仿真,分别运用控温曲线和极差计算对影响液滴灭火效能的关键因素进行单一和多重指标分析,验证液滴垂向运动方程的正确性。结合舱室灭火作业实际需求提出优化建议。Taking cabin oil pool fire as example, based on the inter- active of water mist and fire plume during the fire extinguishment by water diffuser branch, the vertical motion model of liquid drop- lets in fire plume is established combining with the fire dynamic theoryin order to study the main factors that affect the fire extin- guishing performance of sprayed water droplets which is produced by single spray-water gun.The mist droplets intervention model with 5 factors was constructed by orthogonal design, and the nu- merical simulation was carried out by the software of fire dynamics. The key factors influencing the effectiveness of droplet fire suppression were analyzed with Single and multiple index analysis method that using temperature curve and range calculation.. The correctness of the vertical motion equation of the droplet was veri- fied, and the optimization proposal, which fits the practical re- quirements of fire-fighting operation of cabin fire, was put forward.
